The brand strategy we worked on positioned Eureka as pioneers. Eureka use new approaches and cutting-edge technology to find the perfect client candidate match to stay ahead of their competition. This aligned perfectly with their STEM target audience, with life sciences and technology centring around breakthrough developments and pioneering discoveries.
Working collaboratively we arrived at a name that suggests that perfect moment when everything comes together to create the ideal result. This tied back into the pioneer positioning, with pioneers leading the way in discovery, and Eureka being that ultimate moment of discovery, when that perfect client/candidate partnership is found. The name is both memorable and easy to recall and translates equally well in both the UK and US markets.
To help stand Eureka apart from their direct competition, it was important we moved away from any recruitment ‘category norms,’ and create a visual identity that stood out. It was important that we created an impactful brand that reflected the market we were talking to while ensuring we delivered something fresh and exciting. This was achieved through the overall design look and feel, from the logo right through to our ‘expert humans’ tone of voice.
